Goldstein & McClintock is proud to have received the 2017 Small Transaction of the Year award by the Turnaround Management Association’s Chicago/Midwest chapter for its representation of Patrick D. Cavanaugh of High Ridge Partners as assignee of Adjustable Clamp Company.  In this assignment for the benefit of creditors, a team led by Harold Israel distributed over 70% to unsecured creditors on behalf of their claims.  This award marks the 4th time a G&M partner has received a transaction/turnaround of the year award from the TMA.
