G&M Welcomes Experienced Corporate Bankruptcy Attorney Joshua Grenard

Chicago, Illinois, February 24, 2020.  Boutique law firm Goldstein & McClintock LLLP announced that Joshua Grenard, a highly regarded corporate restructuring and bankruptcy partner, has joined G&M, effective immediately.

Mr. Grenard represents clients in complex commercial bankruptcy cases, having represented debtors in numerous industries including real estate, construction, retail, manufacturing, energy, hotels, restaurants, life settlements, and oil and gas exploration/production/refining. He has represented secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and debtors in all manner of corporate restructurings (whether in- or out-of-court) and has counseled ad hoc and official unsecured creditors’ committees in all stages of bankruptcy proceedings.

In addition, Mr. Grenard has represented numerous clients with respect to the negotiating and documenting of loan and associated work-out related matters, primarily as counsel to debtors and senior lenders.  His bankruptcy finance experience includes representing commercial banks (including lender groups), other financial institutions, and equipment lessors in bankruptcy aspects of securitization transactions, to include debtor-in-possession financing.  He also has extensive experience in all aspects of bankruptcy litigation and has tried numerous bankruptcy-related matters before bankruptcy courts around the country.

Prior to joining G&M, Mr. Grenard was an attorney at Mayer Brown LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He looks forward to partnering with G&M's talented group of attorneys (most of whom similarly hailed from much larger law firms around the country), and to serving his clients and growing his practice as part of a high-end boutique practice.
