Goldstein & McClintock LLLP, Chicago-based boutique firm specializing in corporate bankruptcy and litigation, is pleased to welcome Jeffrey Dan, previously a partner at a well-known Chicago-based bankruptcy and restructuring firm, as a partner in its corporate bankruptcy group. Mr. Dan brings to G&M over 17 years of experience representing debtors, trustees, creditors, bondholders, and creditor committees in all transactional and litigation aspects of complex restructuring matters. This includes representing debtors, creditors and trustees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases as well as out-of-court restructuring matters. He has a wealth of knowledge in a wide variety of bankruptcy-related matters including negotiating cash collateral agreements, overseeing and implementing sales of assets in bankruptcy, structuring reorganization plans and handling related confirmation proceedings, preparing and arguing motions for relief from the automatic stay, and engaging in dischargeability litigation, fraudulent conveyance, and preference litigation.
