    Neha Khandhadia focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and government and internal investigations.

    She regularly represents clients in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, asset management, accounting, and technology as they navigate a variety of complex litigation and regulatory challenges. In addition to representing clients in state and federal courts across the country, Neha advises clients in connection with government investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, the U.S. Attorney’s office, and other federal and state agencies.

    Neha routinely advises clients in a variety of health care matters including contract negotiations, disputes with technology vendors, partnership disputes, telemedicine, False Claims Act cases, and civil investigations related to government billing and contracting issues.

    Neha maintains an active pro bono practice. She has represented clients in a wide range of areas including civil rights, asylum, and reproductive rights. She has first-chaired multiple asylum hearings in Federal Immigration Court and argued on behalf of victims of employment discrimination and parents wrongfully indicated for abuse in state and federal court.

    Obtained a directed verdict in an arbitration of a surgery center in breach of contract action brought by member physicians.*

    Represented an American manufacturer in a breach of contract arbitration, winning a full defense award; Neha led the fact development portion of the case and cross-examined the opposing party’s corporate representative at the arbitration.*

    Represented an audit committee investigating non-GAAP metrics and revenue recognition issues for a Fortune 500 cybersecurity software company.*

    Successfully represented a national public accounting firm and accounting professionals in confidential arbitrations arising from audit, tax, and advisory-related disputes.*
